Charlotte has worked in the healthcare industry since 2010. Starting her career as a nurse’s aide, she worked her way through nursing school. In 2013 she graduated with an Associate’s Degree in Nursing and later obtained her Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Nursing. 

Her career with McKay started in March of 2020 as the MDS Coordinator. Throughout her time at McKay, she has worn many hats including Quality Program Coordinator, Community Relations Director, Marketing, and Admissions. In July 2023 Charlotte accepted the role of Director of Nursing Services (DNS). 

When Charlotte is not at work, she can often be found spending time with her family. Together they enjoy the multitude of outdoor activities. She looks forward to raising her family in a small town and providing healthcare services to the local community.
