Lisa Tellefson

MDS coordinator /infection preventionist

Lisa Tellefson, RN, joined McKay Healthcare and Rehab in February of 2023. Prior to coming to McKay she was a Regional Director of Nursing and an interim DNS for two corporate organizations covering Northern/Western regions of the United States. Having traveled extensively off and on during her career, she made the decision to plant her nursing shoes in her hometown area, the Columbia Basin. Lisa has experience in numerous areas of nursing including Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, Hospice care, Home Health, Med Surg and ER.

Lisa has lived most of her life in Warden, Washington. She spends her time with her husband, parents, and her four children and their families which includes 11 grandchildren. Her dogs and numerous animals on their cattle ranch keep them all active and busy.
